Airport Improvements

OEI can provide the design and construction management necessary for any airport improvement project.

Taxiways, emergency access roads, runways, aprons, PAPI systems and drainage improvements are all part of OEI's airport resume. A majority of our projects have been partially funded by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
