For 17 years, Oller Engineering, Inc. has served municipalities and the private sector in the Texas Panhandle, the South Plains area, East Texas and throughout the State providing planning, design, and construction management services in the areas of water, wastewater, solid waste, transportation and drainage. In addition to traditional planning and design OEI routinely acts as a consultant to our clients in regulatory compliance and often as a liason to regulatory agencies, regional planning groups and funding entities. Oller takes great pride in our ability to retain clients by building close relationships and meeting the client's needs and expectations.
