OEI has experience in the design, construction management and funding assistance for many elements of a water supply or distribution system.

OEI employs engineers and technical staff with specializations and advanced education in water resources, open channel hydraulics and fluid mechanics. This places our firm in a superior position for any water system design. We are knowledgeable and experienced in the design of new pieces, retrofit and repair and/or replacement of the components of water distribution and/or supply systems.

Many Texas Community Development Program (TCDP) projects have been undertaken and completed by our firm. This funding has proven vital to many infrastructure improvements undertaken by our clients on the South Plains.

In addition to providing typical design and construction services, OEI has the latest computer software necessary to model your distribution system. We can simulate existing systems to determine areas which may be prone to low system pressures under various circumstances such as fire demands, line improvements, added elevated storage tanks and booster pump stations, etc.
